Comedy Central is premiering its first ever unscripted, competition program called Reality Bites Back, which satirizes reality television. Reality Bites Back will be hosted by Michael Ian Black, of MTV's The State and the film Wet Hot American Summer, and will feature ten comedian contestants: Kyle Cease, Chris Fairbanks, Jeff Garcia, Red Grant, Tiffany Haddish, Bert Kreischer, Mo Mandel, Donnell Rawlings, Amy Schumer and Theo Von.
After a series of bizarre competitions, one of the contestants will be kicked off of the show each week. The winner will receive $50,000 and the title "Lord of all Reality".

MyToons.com has over $15,000 in prizes for their latest contest on high-definition online animation, including a two-night trip to NYC, with dinner at the strategically located and world-renowned Chop Suey restaurant so as to see their winning animation in Times Square.
The contest, entitled Get with the Times!, allows animators to submit their HD animations to MyToons.com, with the winner getting their animation played on the Spectacolor HD Clear Channel billboard, powered by Adobe® Flash technology, in Times Square, which will be played once every hour.
The contest is open through September 4.
The winner will also receive a copy of Adobe Creative Suite 3 Master Collection.

Singer-songwriter Sonya Kitchell will be releasing a new album, This Storm, in stores September 2. This Storm is Kitchell's second album; her debut release, Words Came Back To Me, was recorded when she was just fifteen years-old.
This Storm will feature a more grown-up Kitchell. This time around, she worked with producer and Grammy winner Malcolm Burn, of Peter Gabriel and Daniel Lanois fame. The tracks on this album focus on troubling issues such as loss, aloneness, and of course, war.

One of the biggest concert events of 2008 is coming to Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary, N.C. on September 20. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, in conjunction with the John Entwistle Foundation, will stage a benefit concert that is sure to be among the most anticipated shows in recent memory.
Proceeds from the concert will benefit both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum's education outreach efforts and the John Entwistle Foundation's program, which provide musical instruments and music lessons to disadvantaged youths through the public library systems in communities across the country. John Entwistle was the legendary bass guitarist for The Who, and is himself a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee.

Episode three of Live From Abbey Road will showcase the talents of Panic at the Disco, David Gray, and Suzanne Vega at Abbey Road Studio in London.
Punk quartet Panic at the Disco perform "Nine in the Afternoon" off of their second album Pretty Odd, the band's sophomore album, released after their twice-platinum album A Fever You Can't Sweat Out. Panic at the Disco also discusses touring and having to write a follow-up to an already successful album.
