When walking around town or at school, you might see people with headphones in their ears, listening to music. For the most part, the iPod has been the main portable player people use to listen to tunes.

Now, Microsoft's Bill Gates and Corporate Vice President J. Allard are introducing a new model of Zune. The new models of Zune feature the "Zune Pad" - an innovative touch-sensitive button for navigating the device. The Zune also includes wireless sync-it, allowing Zune to routinely sync the device to the owner's home wireless network.

supernatural_boys.jpg Thursday marks the season premiere of CW's super series, Supernatural. The show oozes fabulous storylines, outrageous talent and wonderfully haunting effects. The season premiere will be no different.

Sam (Padalecki) and Dean (Ackles) brace themselves for a possible apocalypse, realizing they have an enormous task ahead of them—hunting down the hundreds of demons that escaped from the Devil's Gate.

With only a year left to live, Dean decides to live life to the fullest and exhibits a carefree attitude that troubles Sam, who is trying to find a loophole in the deal. Bobby (Jim Beaver) tells the brothers about a sighting in Nebraska that turns out to be seven demons that are the actual manifestations of the Seven Deadly Sins.

The Ryan Montbleau Band will be independently releasing their second album entitled Patience on Friday on October 9. The band has received a lot of PR through MySpace, receiving almost 500 plays a day.

The Ryan Montbleau Band have stayed within the top 20 of the independent folk category on MySpace for over a year—impressive stuff.

Ted Koppel Hits the Breaking Point Print E-mail

If you"re a fan of the recent prison dramas on primetime, then you"ll be sure to love the real-life version that the Discovery Channel will begin airing this fall. They"re calling the documentary-style series Breaking Point and Ted Koppel will be the brave journalist to take audiences behind prison walls.
 
The name itself speaks to the fact that many prisons are "threatening to break down,” as Koppel states. He gets up close and personal with inmates, prison guards, and victims effected directly by the failing system, to illustrate this fact to American audiences. Breaking Point premiers October 7th at 9PM/ET on the Discovery Channel.
