[munk] has been performing since 1999, and his style remains in a constant limbo of musical experimentation that keeps him running at a lively pace throughout the Indie scene.
He has steered through many obstacles, including a near-fatal car accident in June of 2003, and continuously rises back with his phoenix-like fame and continuing reputation as an up-and-coming star.

“You might hear us at Starbuck’s!” they proclaim on their official site. Lucy Bland are go-getters with immense talent. They are following up their debut EP Lucy Bland’s First Recital with Down To Sea Level this month. “It’s been a long journey on the sea…” but it seems as though Bland has their course set and steady.
“I’ve come back down to sea level. I’m quieter now; few know me to make
a sound.” Cat Beill softly attests on “Sea Level”. The songs
are inspired by rain due to their atmospheric upbringing in the heart of Indie music, Seattle, Washington.

Never Back Down |

Although I did not care for Never
Back Down, the film does have an audience that will probably be cheering the
fighters on. The film contains a lot of
realistic, brutal fist fighting and kick-violence, with very little or no
accountability. The teen target audience
may eat it up, but lets not forget that it’s a movie based (loosely) on a real
sport.
Jake (Faris) reluctantly leaves his
starring role on his high school football team and moves to Orlando, Florida
where his mother (Hope) believes Charlie (Watts), his younger brother, has a
better opportunity to make it in professional tennis.

Funny Games of Taut Terror |

Funny Games is the most
chilling film I have viewed in a long time.
Not since the likes of P2 or Panic Room has a huge
helping of taut terror been brought to the screen. With home invasion in the headlines of local
newspapers more often these days, the film makes a dramatic statement on public
safety.
A family of three, George (Roth),
Anna (Watts) and their son Georgie (Gearhart), are visiting their lake house for
a couple of weeks vacation. After
unpacking their car at their secluded upscale retreat, Peter (Corbet), a
stranger, appears at the doorway.

Thursday, 13 March 2008 |
 In
Barry’s world, most bees look forward to doing the same thing day in
and day out for the rest of their lives. It’s as if there is nothing
more to life than working until your dead. But for Barry, that just
doesn’t seem like enough. He desires to see the world outside of the
hive, before he settles into the mundane.
When challenged by a few
pollen jocks to step outside of the box, he flies like a moth to a
flame. What he finds is a new friendship, and his purpose in life. His
campaign for change, completely metamorphosizes the bee world and
inadvertently affects everyone else.
