The Dreamscapes Project is a college-bred, reluctantly-gathered band (all of the members of the band initially refused the lead vocalist/guitarist, Keith Center’s invitation to join) with an original sound that has steered them through the ranks, earning them a strong following.Â
One of the few bands with an electric cello as part of its ensemble, The Dreamscapes Project has managed to create an originality that is becoming an oddity in modern times.
Pity in a Heartbeat is
a fusion of modern indie and nineties rock; a relaxed,
down-to-earth beat, with the hauntingly vibrant sounds of the cello
that brings an elevated intensity to the band’s unique sound. Their music flows like a breeze; strong, with an impact that cannot be ignored.
