Spring is like Winter, with respect to the calmness and tranquility portrayed in the instrumentals, and Jon's quiet demeanor and voice. But just because there is a similarity between works doesn't make one any less than the other. All of his albums complement each other, each a significant part of the entire music machine. "March (A Prelude to Spring)" is a beautiful transition from his previous work on Winter. It brings the listener into the now, which is Spring. The album is available for digital download at Amazon right now, but won't be out as a hard-copy release until June 10, to coincide with his Summer album release. You can visit his MySpace for more information.

Jon Foreman's Spring EP is the continuation of his seasons' series, and this is the third in the collection. What's great about Jon Foreman is his originality of ideas, and the way he takes conceptual music styles and makes them tangible.
