Those to be featured on August 22 are Howlin' Rain, The Dynamites, and Carney. New additions on August 23 include The Walkmen, Abigail Washburn & the Sparrow Quartet featuring Bela Fleck, and Everest. Lastly, August 24 will now showcase Toots & the Maytals, Rogue Wave, Mike Gordon, and Vienna Tang.

Headliners for the festival are Radiohead, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, and Jack Johnson. A portion of the ticket sales will go towards the benefit of Golden Gate Park.
