MTV's new series Room 401 is set to premiere this month, and promises viewers a night of chills and thrills!

Room 401 is the brainchild of Ashton Kutcher and Jason Goldberg (the pair are also executive producers of the series), offering viewers the chance to journey through the 'weird, absurd and shocking world of illusion' each week. With all of the episodes playing out as a mini-horror movie, viewers will be treated to four separate spine-tingling scares every week.

These illusions are set to include reanimation of the dead, chain-saw mishaps and sinister sushi experiences...all of which will appear live and unedited!! As the creators claim, they don't manipulate the film...only the mind!

Room 401 premieres Tuesday, July 17 at 10pm ET/PT (check your local guides for further details!). In the meantime, check out the exciting intro clip below!
