Rooney has been named one of the "You Oughta Know" artists by Vh1. The band started out in L.A. in early 2000, released two EPs, a self-titled debut album, and they have their second album release Calling the World available now!

These guys have toured with various artists. Some of those artists include Audioslave, Ok Go, Kelly Clarkson, Weezer, The Donnas, Jane's Addiction, Incubus, and many others.
