The Clash have a new documentary aptly titled The Clash Live: Revolution Rock. The documentary is directed by the long-time Clash collaborator and Grammy-winning Producer Don Letts. The Clash Live: Revolution Rock takes viewers on a trip of live performances.
The film puts together materials from all phases in the Clash's career, with live-in-the-studio clips and an extraordinary performance at New York's Shea Stadium in 1982.The Clash Live offers previously unreleased footage spanning the globe, giving a clearly depicted history of the band.
PBS will bring an edited version of the DVD to the small screen as a Pledge Drive Program in March. The DVD hits stores on April 15.
