PROMOTION ENTRANTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES (INCLUDING THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA), CANADA OR UNITED KINGDOM, AND AT LEAST 13 YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. IF A MINOR WINS A PRIZE, IT WILL BE AWARDED TO HIS OR HER PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN, WHO MUST SIGN THE NECESSARY AFFIDAVITS AND RELEASES. Employees of Sponsors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Promotion subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, complete and submit electronically the online entry form at www.acedmagazine.com. One entry per email address is permitted. Entries submitted using any kind of bot or automated technology will be deleted. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.

WINNER SELECTION: All eligible winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Promotion entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules. The laws of the United States govern this Promotion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsors are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this promotion, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. Winner will be notified by email. Return of the prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a winner is unreachable after 48 hours, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner may be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility within seven days following the date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and each of their directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize won.

Prizes are not transferable nor redeemable for cash. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, illegible, incorrect, misdirected, or incompletely received entries, or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsors on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion or downloading any materials in this Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
