Vanilla-Blueberry Protein Recipe

Food…ASAP! Quickly fuel up with a breakfast that’s ready whenever you are. Loaded with plant-based protein and antioxidant-rich blueberries, these simple overnight oats are a superhero’s fast food.

Makes 2 servings
Macros per serving: 303 calories | 4 g fat | 43 g carbs | 20 g protein | 6.5 g fiber | 8.5 g sugar

Ingredients

1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1 scoop Vega Sport Performance Protein in Berry
¾ cup water
1 Tbsp. organic vanilla extract
2 stevia packets
¾ cup blueberries
Optional: drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Directions:

  1. In a glass jar, mix protein powder and water together first.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well until thoroughly combined.
  3. Top with a drizzle of natural sweetness and extra berries.
