When will the Oscars take place?

After many people witnessed the problematic situation led by Kevin Hart, the producers of the event decided to omit the hosts and let the event run without them. Shortly after the event, many people were surprised by the fact that the Oscars actually went running without any host and that the program actually went smoothly!
Karey Burke, president of the ABC entertainment made some suggestions about how a program without any host will later become the norm for many entertainment awards show. However, there are still who haven’t made any finality about the matter at hand.
How will the Oscars decide on the votes raked in by the Best Picture nominations?
The Oscars will utilize a system dubbed as the “ranked choice”. The New York Times gave a simple definition of it by telling people that if there will be no candidate that takes home the bulk of votes on the first-choice level, then the candidate which garnered the fewest votes will be omitted from the system. Meanwhile, the ballots gathered for that person will be distributed to other candidates by basing on the second choices of the voters. This will go on and on until one candidate bags the votes of the majority.
