Enter the world of art with Victor Victori in his just released DVD about a different kind of art style in painting. The film is called Victori: The Truth Just can’t be One Thing and takes you into the life of one of the most prolific painters. The struggling portrait artist makes this film his legacy for all to remember the man who dared to be different.

The documentary opens with Victor walking out of his Menlo Park Mall in New York City. Seen behind him are paintings that could be world masterpieces. An amazing portrait artist that painted the likes of Donald Trump, the United States Presidents in a mural he now owns a mall fine art store. It wasn’t that many years ago Victor was honored by the Guinness Book of World Records for painting in oils11 exact copies of the Mona Lisa in just 24 hours.

The human dynamo of the portrait art world, he changed his path inventing a new form of painting he calls “Multiplism”. The style for example features several portraits of the same person on one canvas in different stages of their life. It could even be a person changing positions at the same point of time. The special art form doesn’t stop at people and can be anything animate or inanimate. The film shows many examples of his work.

His son Edward believes so much in his fine art he decided to quit his job as a risk management analyst and make a try at getting his father’s work in a gallery or museum. On this day we see Edward pushing to have his father’s work displayed at the prestigious New York Art Expo. Gathering up his new Multiplism work, he rents a booth and with the help of his mother Maria Victori, sets up at the Expo. It’s a waiting game for a chance that maybe the right person will stop by the booth and invite Victor Victori and his work to his gallery for an exhibit.

The film shows all and holds nothing back on what it takes to be an artist today. It tells the glamour of being an art star, the struggle to keep an image in the art community fresh and the depressive rejection when nothing comes from the struggle. With over 100,000 paintings to his credit, world attention to some of his work and living off custom framing in a mall, he presses on.
