Cage the Elephant will be coming a little closer on August 13 when they release their single “Come a Little Closer” via iTunes and all other digital providers. This single is off their third studio album due out this fall. The new album was recorded in Nashville, TN and reunites the band with producer Jay Joyce who produced the group’s prior two releases. “Releasing this single feels like a new beginning for us,” said the band’s Lincoln Parish.
A new teaser clip was recently released featuring studio footage from the recording of the new album, and a first taste of the awesome new single “Come A Little Closer”. This coming September Cage The Elephant will bring their raucous live show to arena audiences across the US for a run of dates with Muse. See below for a complete list of upcoming dates.
