Thinking she’s a winner of a marathon of cat and mouse that was devised by the fiendish family she married into, up pops a codicil that would make a member of rival families’ head of the ritualistic high council. It’s the last level Grace will have to face to save her life and dissolve the demons that make up the horror clan.
The film is filled with spills, chills and kills much like the first one, and back to direct it are Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett who put the first thriller together. Here they step up the horror with the nasty shirt tail relatives who want to take over the vicious council. Delivering new ways to chop, stab, and blow her away, its run and hide until the bewitching hour. But in this one however, they add Grace’s estranged sister Faith (Kathryn Newton) to the mix. Will she give Grace the leverage she will need to avoid death?
