Bringing a crime legend to the screen takes a good deal of research, good casting and impeccable direction and that all came together for Public Enemies. Director Michael Man not only captures the essence of John Dillinger in his movie, but that of Baby Face Nelson as well. Public Enemies is probably Mann’s best, no in my opinion, it is his best film to date.
Heartfelt, heartwarming and heartbreaking, My Sister’s Keeper grabbed me, shook me and pushed me to the edge of tears. If you need a dose of family love, a fight for life and a chance to encounter what it takes to deal with a gripping situation, then run to see this film.

Before this movie, Dancy had not been an avid follower of the Shopaholic novels. "It was peripheral. I had seen posters and people reading the books on the tube. I had never read them. Like a lot of people, I had a pretty preconceived idea about what ‘chick lit' was and that it was not for me. PJ Hogan, the director, gave me the first three books and then I had to completely re-write my preconceptions," said Dancy.

Anne Fletcher steps it up (pardon the pun) in this pleasant little movie that has date night written all over it. The script is a little familiar, but the enjoyment comes from the personable chemistry between the lead actors, Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds. If you are in the mood for a romantic comedy, then watch conditional love blossom between these two stars in The Proposal.
Take some A-list stars, lets say Denzel Washington and John Travolta. Throw them into a storyline where they are at odds with each other. Make one of them a recently demoted subway station dispatcher and the other a very scary criminal mastermind. Then mix it all up using one of the best dramatic thrill directors, Tony Scott, and what you get is a recipe for a winner.
