Founded in 1978 and located on the campus of Alliant International University in San Diego, Scripps Ranch Theatre (SRT) is committed to instilling and deepening a love of live theatre among diverse audiences. Delivering high-quality artistry on stage, SCT continually develops new plays, community outreach and education. SCT produces theatre that challenges audiences, expands their horizons and touches them intellectually and emotionally. In their recent Showcase special, San Diego’s professional actors brought their stage to life with powerful monologues, songs, and scenes. The 50-minute showcase celebrated the artistry of live performance and the strength of San Diego’s creative community.
