After the End Game the world has been somewhat confused trying to adjust to all the changes, especially those who returned after a five year absence. Being lost and trying to find his place in the universe the God of Thunder found himself looking for a new team. With his new adventures in front of him and his past in the rearview mirror he finds something is still missing.
Somewhat leading a new team Thor (Chris Hemsworth), along with Korg (Taika Waititi-Voice), travel with Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) and his gang; Rocket (Bradley Cooper-Voice), Nebula (Karen Gillan), Groot (Vin Diesel), Drax (Dave Bautista), Mantis (Pom Klementieff), and Kraglin (Sean Gunn), on new missions to save other worlds. Meanwhile, Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) is struggling with problems of her own after splitting up with Thor. Also in new Asgard, Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson) is keeping up the day to day protecting her people from across a desk, while the rest of the citizens are entertained by stories of Thor and Loki saving the world.
Evil begins to start all over other universes. Gods are the target when Gorr (Christian Bale) experiences unimaginable pain and falls into darkness. The news spreads that there is a god killer destroying everything in its path and Thor needs to put together a team to try and stop this from happening.
Director, writer, and voice actor Taika Waititi does a spectacular job putting together a story of possible destruction to earth and our superheroes. He builds a great introduction that develops into an adventure that brings Thor and his friends on an action packed ride that will entertain everyone. The special effects bring you further into their realm and give you the experience that you are actually there. Including the excellent eighties music soundtrack that pulls you into the storyline and makes the film very enjoyable for all.
Final Comment: I based my grade on the fantastic narrative, outstanding special effects, and the out of this world soundtrack.
